'I let them decide on the pace they would be able to manage, and found that they are all going faster than they planned, because "It's so interesting and we are learning so much." They are working in pairs, using spare time to discuss with each other before bringing their observations and questions back to the group. From next month, we will have a trained nurse and HIV trainer on our staff, which will also make things easier.
